All merchandise is shipped out within one week of purchase.
We use United Parcel Service, Federal Express, or Common Carriers.
Anything shipped by United Parcel Service, Federal Express,or Common Carriers are shipped to the curbside of your building. You are responsible to bring the merchandise into your home. If you live within the five boroughs of New York City (Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn or Staten Island) we offer delivery service, where they can bring the merchandise into your home and assemble it. The cost for the delivery is $35 plus $5 for each flight of stairs. To utilize this service simply write in the comments section of the order form that you want to utilize the delivery service and specify if you have an elevator building or how many flights of stairs you have. All delivery charges are paid directly to the driver at the completion of the delivery. All merchandise is shipped out in a box with instructions on how to assemble
the goods.
Shipping is free within the continental U.S.A. unless
it is stated next to the item free shipping within the 5
boroughs of New York City (Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx
and Staten Island). All other areas must email us for a freight
quote.
When an item is shipped the card member who placed the order must be present to
accept the delivery and show 2 pieces of identification along with the
credit card that was used and sign in front of the driver.
Customers within the five boroughs of N.Y.C.only may request installation of
the merchandise they purchased from us at an extra charge. The price for installation
is $35 for the first piece and $20 for each additional. To use
our installation service just write in that request in our comments section as
you complete the order.

Merchandise purchased at GottaGetaCover.com may
be returned within 14 days of delivery.
A 25% restock fee will
apply and you are responsible for shipping charges incurred
for shipping the merchandise back.
All merchandise must be
in its original carton.
As soon as we receive the goods back
we
will check to see that no parts are missing and then we will
issue credit to your account.
You must get a return authorization
prior to shipping the goods back.
