Home Furnishing offers professional delivery and installation services at a low delivery fee which includes handling and installation of the merchandise at customers home.

We Ship within the continental United States (In VT, NH, NY, MA, RI, CT, PA, NJ, MD, DE, DC, OH, IN, WV, VA, KY, TN, NC, SC, GA, FL we deliver the furniture with the help of our partners.) by FedEx, UPS.

Free Shipping within the continental United States on the Brands like Innovation USA, Kodiak Furniture, ESF Furniture  

Shipping is FREE only in the eastern part of the USA

GottaGetaCover New York City Furniture Store do not collect sales tax out of New York state. Shipping is FREE within Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Staten Island. We do Next Day Delivery in NJ, NY, CT, PA by ourselves, if your home is situated within 30 miles from our store and your order is over $200.
We also offer Free Furniture Assembly - we can deliver your product to your home, install it and take away all the boxes, if your order is over $2500.

Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, you have 10 days to return the item to GottaGetaCover in new condition and original packaging. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will refund the purchase price (not including shipping) less a 20% re-stocking fee. Your credit will be processed within 1 week.

We will not charge a fee on canceled orders that have not been processed! We normally process all orders within 24 hrs.

It is important that you inspect the furniture for damages upon delivery, if an item is found defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, If the damage is found after the delivery service leaves, we can still repair or replace that item but we will charge you for the delivery service.

Mattresses are not returnable once removed from plastic bag. Mattresses that have never been removed from original bag can be returned up to 7 days after date of delivery. There is a 20% restocking fee that will apply for any new returned mattress.

If due to arrangements of your home it is difficult to maneuver a piece of furniture in narrow halls, doorways, stairwells, etc…we cannot be responsible for damage to the furniture, floors, or walls. We cannot be held responsible if your order does not fit into your home. You cannot refuse or return your order for this reason. If you have purchased from us a special assembly package, all the furniture must be inspected immediately upon assembly completion for damage. Only at this time can a damage claim be filed.

It is solely the responsibility of the customer to transport returned merchandise to the store. We can arrange a delivery service to pickup merchandise that needs to be returned or exchanged for an additional fee which is paid directly to the delivery service.


Why are orders processed longer than expected?
The first reason is that the product is no longer available or not in stock. It could have been bought just before you made the order, and now we are waiting for the new arrival of goods from the manufacturer. Usually a delivery takes from 5 to 7 days, but if the manufacturer warehouse is far away from us it can take from 10 days to 3 weeks.
The second reason is credit card fraud. For this reason, we ask the owner to confirm the credit card, or use other options for the safety of your money and secure shopping.
You know the address and telephone number of our store, so you have nothing to fear, as opposed to us.
The third reason- it's the weather conditions (but it is the rarest reason). It happens that the terrible weather does not give us the opportunity to get to the warehouse and deliver the goods.
